About Whole Roast

ROAST was created in 2012 by owner/operator, Tink Pinkard. Our focus is doing whole animal roasts using Tink’s custom made, cuban style grill. ¬†Our open-air grills are assembled at your location for your unique outdoor event. After the event, we remove the box grill and leave you with only the memories of great food and friends.

We are fortunate to have an abundance of locally harvested food sources in the Gulf plains. Let us design a menu for you and your guests. Examples of past roasts include: heritage breed pigs, feral hogs, goat, antelope, snapper and oysters! If you can eat it, Tink can grill it whole on site, at your location.
